1. Registered Address
Registered address can be used for registration of business or company and be printed on business cards, letterheads or any other offical documents. You can use any of our business address as your registered address but please note that all collection of mails/parcels and administration will only be at the Mountbatten Sqaure office. |

2. Mail Notification
When we receive your mails/parcels, we will notify you via email. |

3. Mail Self Collection
For HomeBiz members, mails/parcels will be kept for your collection and uncollected mails will be disposed off after 90 days. Storage charge of SGD5.00/day will be imposed for any uncollected parcel after 14 working days. All mails/parcels are processed and to be collected only at the Mountbatten Square office during office hours. |

4. Weekly Mail Forwarding
We will forward any postage mails, courier items or small parcels to your preferred registered with us every Tuesday. But if Tuesday is a public holiday or non-working day, mail forwarding service will be postponed to the following working day. Mail forwarding to any Singapore address will be free for any standard size mails (based on SingPost standards). Additioanl cost applies for any non-standrad size mails/parcels but you can choose to make a self collection (refer to item 3). |

5. Dedicated Phone Line
Our dedicated phone line using VoIP technology allows you to forward the call to any number of your choice, no matter where you are or anytime of the day. Call usage will be charged separately. Any additional dedicated phone line will be charged at SGD28.00/month. We also provide phone answering service in your company name. Please call us to check out our Phone Answering packages. |

6. Dedicated/Shared fax line
Our dedicated/shared fax line using VoIP technology allows you to receive fax directly to your email. Incoming fax to email service is free for members with Dedictaed fax line. Handling charge of SGD0.10/page is applicable for Shared Fax line and fax forwarding to email will be done only during office hours . Any additional fax line will be charged at SGD20.00/month. |

7. Meeting Facilities
Our meeting room is available for booking at SGD20.00/day during office hours and subject to availability. We resreved the right to allocate any availalble room for each booking. Booking should be done at least 1 day in advance. |

8. Hotdesk/Personal workstation
We have desk space available for booking on a hourly or daily basis at $10/hour or $35/day during office hours and subject to availability. You can enjoy full office facilities like internet, print/copy, pantry etc.
